Joseph Morgan, 19, of the 200 block of Brentwood Drive, unincorporated Palatine, was charged Friday with theft after he allegedly stole three Palm Pilots while he worked at Office Max, 1381 N. Rand Rd. The devices were recovered, police said. Morgan posted $100 bail and was ordered to appear in court Oct. 16, according to reports
