Zack Smith Jr., passed away from this life on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001, in Chicago, IL. Zack was born to Mary and Zack Smith Sr. in Chattanooga, TN. Zack was employed as an educator in the Chattanooga School System for 27 years until he retired, prior to that he served in the United States Army where he was a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his sister Eloise Knight and brother Felton Smith of Chattanooga, TN; brother-in-law Eddie Night, sister-in-laws Gladys and Mary Smith; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held in Chattanooga, TN.
