Wilbur “Bill” Otto Dickey, born August 19, 1908 and passed away November 27, 2001, suddenly at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Loving husband of Genevieve for 68 years; beloved father of Kay (Hank) Balgemann of Villa Park, IL; fond brother of Lucile Kelly of Zanesville, OH and Paul Dickey of Cleveland, OH; cherished grandfather of Cheryl Dugan of Streamwood, IL. Memorial services to be held at The First United Methodist Church, 216 E. Highland Ave, Elgin, IL on Wednesday, December 12 at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation in Wilbur Dickey’s memory.
