Jean F. Phillips, nee Kozerski, age 90, late of Joliet, Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center, Joliet, born in Chicago, living in the Lockport/Joliet area most of her life. Former owner of Western True Value in Lockport for 30 years. Former member of Lockport Professional Women’s Club, and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Loving wife of the late Michael J.; dear mother of Joyce Tischer of Joliet and Michael J. of Braidwood; dear grandmother of June (John) Wassenaar, Nancy (Dean) Mitchell, Cindy (John) Daigle, Derek, Michael, Brian, Darcy, and Kimberly Phillips; great-grandmother of April and Stephanie Bernico, Michael, Nicole, and Joseph Mitchell; sister of Ed (Jean) Koler and the late Steve and Roman Kozerski; sister-in-law of Leona (the late Roman) Kozerski; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
