Frances M. Englar, 98, of Benicia, CA, born August 10, 1903, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2002, with her family present. She was born in Chicago, IL, the youngest of 13 and the last surviving child of an immigrant German family. Her husband, William J. Englar Sr., preceded her in death in 1957. She is survived by sons William J. Englar Jr., of Moses Lake, WA, Gerald G. (Leida) Englar of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Richard C. (Bonnie) Englar of Benicia; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Chicago, IL.
