A retired Chicago public school teacher, a member of Delta Kappa Gamma-Gamma Omicron Chapter and former president of Budlong Action Group, instrumental in bringing the Budlong area a new police station and library, instrumental in the CAPS Program 20th District with the ward alderman, 2001 Chicago Senior Citizen of the Year Recipient from the 40th Ward.
