Helen Roche of Oak Brook has announced the engagement of her daughter Laura Ann Roche to David Joseph Schwartz, son of Joseph Schwartz of Austin, Texas, and Ann Schwartz-Myers of Warsaw, Ind.
The future bride received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton. She is a 5th-grade teacher at Central School in Riverside.
The future groom received a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University and a juris doctorate from the University of Dayton. He is an attorney with the law firm Patzik, Frank and Samotny. The couple has planned a July wedding at St. Francis Xavier Church in LaGrange. They will reside in Chicago.
