This is regarding the Bush administration being at odds with Secretary of State Colin Powell over HIV remarks (“Powell, on MTV show, urges condom use to prevent AIDS,” News, Feb. 15). Why do they make it so difficult to be a Republican?
Powell seems to live in the real world; the rest of the Bush administration is in some sort of 1950-era dream world.
