Joseph Hertz, of Aventura, FL, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, Holocaust Survivor, beloved husband for 56 years of Sophie, nee Lenchner; loving father of Jack and Reva Nathan (Burt) Rubenstein; adored “Papa Joe” of David and Rachel Nathan, Jeffrey, Michael and Sunny Hertz; friend and former father-in-law of Robert Nathan and Mary Ann Hertz; his parents and siblings all preceded him in death during the Holocaust. Services and interment were held Tuesday, March 12, 2002 in Florida.
