An Aurora man was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with drunken driving after allegedly weaving between lanes at Montgomery and Douglas Roads while he had two children under age 4 in the back seat of his vehicle, police said. Juan Perez, 22, of the 900 block of Spring Street, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, not having a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to secure a child in a child restraint. He posted bail and was released pending a May 8 court appearance.
