A 38-year-old Glendale Heights man was arrested after being stopped in a parking lot in the 4700 block of Main Street, police said. Phillip E. Witkus of the 1400 block of Fairway Drive was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving without insurance and improper lane use, police said.
