A developer has proposed a three-home subdivision for 1.2 acres on Manchester Road.
Because David Russo is requesting two variances, the Zoning Board of Appeals must review the project, Village President John Kirschbaum said. Russo hoped to bypass the Zoning Board and move the proposal directly to the Plan Commission.
The homes would be in the 3,000- to 4,000-square-foot range and cost $500,000 to $600,000, Russo said.
“We have two or three developers interested in building the homes,” he said. “But if they don’t do it, we’ll do it ourselves.”
