Marie Siepak, nee Adamczyk, age 105, devoted wife and best friend for 67 years of the late Anthony; loving mother of Geraldine (Steve) Luckew and the late Jean Meyer; proud grandmother of four grandchildren, Richard (Suzanne) and Thomas (Cookie) Luckew, Mary Jean (William) Coulson, and Catherine (Michael) Trimble; 10 great-grandchildren, Jeffrey (Rachael) Luckew and Kara (David) Miller, Gregory, Alexander and Taylor Luckew, Jessica and Nicholas Coulson, Luke, Larry and Monica Trimble; and one great-great-grandson, Luke Miller.
