John C. “Jack” Petersen, Sun City West, AZ, died on Tuesday, May 7. He was born in Chicago. An executive in the book manufacturing industry, he retired to Arizona in 1980. He was a graduate of Northwestern University and Harvard University Advanced Management Program, a member of Theta Xi Fraternity and the Chicago Medinah Shrine. He was also a longtime member of Medinah Country Club prior to moving to Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; daughter, Carol (Ron) Hacker; sons, Donald and Stephen (Terri); five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services are private.
