Thank you for “Tied to the land, settlers vow to stay; Jewish areas’ population growing–but at slower pace–amid violence in West Bank and Gaza” (Page 1, April 30).
It seems almost daily that I read about the lives of the Arabs in those regions, their opinions and complaints about Israel. Yet rarely do I have the opportunity to read anything from the settlers about their point of view, their claims and their lives.
Sadly, it seems the only time a Jewish settler makes the news is after he has been killed by terrorists.
