Cecelia B. Rybicki, nee Puchalski, 90, beloved wife of the late Joseph Rybicki; dear mother of Robert (Lee Ng) Rybicki; loving aunt of Barbara (Claude E.) Foreit; great-aunt of Claude A., Michael (Jennifer), David (Emily), Mark (Jennifer), Christopher and Barbara Foreit. Ceil will be missed by many other loving nieces and nephews.
