Prayers will be offered 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside, and proceeding to St. Cletus Church, LaGrange, for a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment private. Mr. Predan was a Naval Veteran of the Korean War and a retired Corporate Attorney with Allied Signal and Fiat Allis companies. In lieu of flowers, donations to the John Paul II Newman Center, 700 S.
