Fred McGriff is by far the worst fielding first baseman in all of baseball. Todd Hundley has one of the worst records in baseball for throwing out runners. Moises Alou looks about as interested as a cadaver in left field and at bat.
You say you can’t fire 25 players? Well, let’s start with those three and then add Don Baylor, as he is the leader of this team, and when the players perform as poorly as these have, he is to blame. And for good measure throw in Delino DeShields.
