Joanne T. Shields, nee Bellazini, age 70, Wednesday, May 22, 2002 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Evergreen Park, IL and a lifelong South Side Chicago area resident. She was a lifelong accomplished artist. Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Josephine, nee O’Gorman, Bellazini; her brother, Daniel Bellazini. Survived by five sons, Gary, Mark (Dedra), Randy (Cathy), Brian (Patty) and Daniel Shields; five grandchildren, Gabrielle, Chelsea, Cody Raymond, Leah and Amanda; numerous nephews, cousins and many lifelong friends also survive. Funeral Services for Joanne T. Shields will be Wednesday, May 29, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet.
