Thank you for the wonderful update on Officer Joseph Airhart (“Despite slim hope, officer lives miracle,” Page 1, May 26). I remember hearing the horrible reports that day that an officer was seriously wounded, but no one initially was able to rescue him. I was amazed when he survived.
Now to hear that he made such wonderful progress is so great! I give thanks that we have such dedicated officers.
