This is regarding “Following true teachings of Islam can bring peace” (Voice of the people, July 7) by letter writer Isaac Cohen. This was the most knowledgeable, concise and thought-provoking interpretation of jihad (or “fight” in Arabic) I have ever read. This should be read by all Muslims so that a moderate approach to the Mideast can be achieved.
Only through dialogue (on both sides) will we ever get peace.
