Authorities on Tuesday identified a man who drowned Monday while on a pontoon boat excursion on Channel Lake near Antioch.
Howard Bressler, 30, of Chicago drowned while swimming near a pontoon with 12 other people, said Lake County Coroner Barbara Richardson.
The group discovered he was missing when they returned to shore.
His body was discovered following a search by the Antioch Fire Department and about 35 divers.
