Can cappuccino usurp a glazed doughnut? Krispy Kreme, which is finally arriving in the Loop, will open its newest area store with a slightly new concept. Krispy Kreme Doughnut and Coffee Shop, set to open Sept. 23 at 175 W. Jackson Blvd., will also sell an expanded line of coffee and espresso-based as well as frozen drinks.
