As my wife and I run our daily errands, we have noticed how traffic, even on major streets, is increasing. It now takes much longer to travel to a local store. The problem, as we see it, is due to the large number of condos being built where there used to be one- and two-family homes.

Why was this permitted?

As we sit in the continuous traffic jams, we can’t help but wonder what the situation will be like in the winter after a fairly heavy snowfall, when there are winter parking restrictions on these main streets. Where will these people park, and will traffic jams simply turn into gridlock?
