Actor Robert Blake, awaiting trial on charges of murdering his wife, attended a brief hearing Monday where he was granted a bail hearing and a delay in his preliminary hearing.
Superior Court Judge Lloyd Nash scheduled a hearing for Wednesday to determine whether the former “Baretta” star should be released on bail. But the judge said he will not allow any witnesses to testify.
