John Michael Dodge, 64, a lifelong resident of the northern suburbs, died Wednesday, Oct. 30 at Lake Forest Hospital of lung cancer, beloved husband of Darlene; loving father of John (Susan) and Cathy Dodge; adoring grandfather of Benjamin; dear brother of Ann (Richard) Prochnow, Kay Nieman and Gerald Dodge. Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 at Kelley and Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL. Interment private.
