Charles A. Hadley, age 68, passed away on Oct. 30, 2002 at home. He was a longtime resident of Roscoe Village, beloved husband of Georgian H. Hadley, nee Wagner; loving father of Laura (Tom Foley). Mr. Hadley will be remembered for more than 45 years of political, religious and community service in the Roscoe Village, Ravenswood and Lakeview neighborhoods. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2002 at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, 1650 W. Foster Ave., Chicago, 773-561-8496.
