– Wide-legged trousers and bellbottoms (from tailored trouser to funky diva denim).

– Tux blouses (must have pleats, ruffles, pin tucks or all three).

– Plenty of brown and black.

– Mid-calf or tea-length cocktail dresses.

– Lace-up boots, strappy sandals, animal print or leather mules and sling-backs.

– Rich Victorian looks (brocade, claret, velvet, corduroy, paisley, crimson, gold, lockets, chokers, charm bracelets).

– Bohemian blouses with cap, tiered or split or cold-shoulder sleeves (yes, show your shoulder skin!).

– Cropped and belted leather jacket (try with a newsboy cap or an aviator cap if you can find it).
