John Rodriguez, 18, allegedly fired five gunshots in his back yard in the 300 block of Illinois Parkway early Saturday and was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, improper gun registration and reckless discharge of a firearm, police said. Police said they confiscated two handguns they found in a bedroom ceiling.
