As a lifelong Packers fan, I have always found it pathetic that the Bears, in their media guide, used to put an asterisk next to their 1989 loss to the Packers known as the “Instant Replay Game.”
Perhaps I’ve been wrong. I recommend they put two asterisks next to their loss to the Patriots in Champaign. They can call that one the “No Measurement Game.”
Maybe someday they’ll be honest enough to put an asterisk next to a loss and call it the “No Excuses Game.”
