Thomas E. Doyle, of Burr Ridge, died Wednesday, November 13, 2002 at Hinsdale Hospital. He was born in Chicago on November 2, 1918. Beloved husband of Gene Schwind Doyle; loving father of Thomas (Patricia J.), Elizabeth (Wes) Raffel, Peter (Lori), Paul and Patrick; fond grandfather of Erin, Tom III, Grant, Becca and Natalie; dear brother of J. Peter (Gerry) Doyle, Mary Kathryn (Jack) McAloon, John M. (Jo) Doyle and Joan (the late Philip) Caplis; preceded in death by brothers James, Maurice and Frank. Served in Europe in WWII. Member American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Retired owner of Central States Pipe and Supply in West Pullman. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 19 at 11:15 a.m., St. John of the Cross Church, 5005 S. Wolf Rd., Western Springs. Interment private.
