Henry C. Pociask, beloved husband of Rita E., nee Kosydar, and the late Alice, nee Bawolek; dear brother of Adeline Krol and the late Casimir Pociask and Genevieve Daly; fond uncle of many. Funeral Services were held Monday, Nov. 11, 2002 at 10 a.m. from Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, to St. Eugene Church. Mass 11 a.m. Entombment St. Adalbert Mausoleum. He was a 4th Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Lafayette Council, former Director of Avondale Bank, member of Chicago Society and the Polish National Alliance.
