James Thomas Farrell, 64, of Lake Zurich, passed away November 21, 2002, beloved husband of Mary Jane, nee Coffman; loving father of Susan (Don) Civgin, Jamie (David) Cyganiak, Bradley and the late Jeffrey Farrell; cherished grandfather of Ian and Catherine Civgin and Mitchell and Marlo Cyganiak; dear brother of John Farrell and Janice Bathel; preceded in death by his parents James and Melva Farrell. Memorial service Saturday, November 23, 3:30 p.m. with visitation from 1:30 to 3:30 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 277 E. Main, Lake Zurich. Interment private.
