Laumann, 84, passed away Nov. 18 at Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin, IL, of Elgin, formerly of the south side of Chicago, born Jan. 15, 1918 in Chicago, the daughter of Louis and Loretta Messner; beloved wife of Charles; loving mother of Kenneth (Jackie) Laumann of Grand Junction, CO, Robert (Shirley) Laumann of Bourbonnais, IL and Carol (Ron) Piotrowicz of Downers Grove, IL; dear grandmother of Rhonda, Dan, Laura, Scott, Amy, Kristi and Sara; fond great-grandmother of Ethan, Kora, Joshua, Paige, Amber Grace, Nicholas, Skye, Sage and Hannah; preceded by her parents; one son, Richard “Dickie”; one brother, Robert Messner.
