What’s all this nonsense about Jim Miller having tendinitis in his throwing arm? Although I admittedly don’t have any medical expertise, wouldn’t the Bears’ quarterback have been required to throw at least some long passes to develop this ailment?

According to my recollection, the team’s offense has always relied on a powerful running attack and rinky-dink 1-yard passes to force the opponent into submission. Perhaps Miller developed tendinitis from a complete lack of use, sort of like atrophy.
