Thomas H. Youngstrom, 65, of Sun Lakes, AZ, formerly of Barrington, passed away Nov. 8, 2002. Tom was born in Chicago in 1937. He was a graduate of North Park College. Tom owned a Hardware Manufacturer’s Rep Business in Illinois prior to retiring to Sun Lakes in 1992. Surviving are his wife Sally of Sun Lakes, AZ; daughter Kelly Tompkins; and grandson Creek Tompkins of Telluride, CO; sister-in-law Lois; and nephew William Youngstrom; his extended family includes stepsons Gregory Hyde (Myra), Tom Hyde (Denise); grandson Carter; and dear friend Isabel Gould. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother William; and son TR Youngstrom of Telluride, CO. A “Celebration of Life” was held for Tom on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at the Sun Lakes Chapel.
