Peter Steffek, 73, Korean War Army Veteran, formerly of Evanston and the Old Irving Park neighborhood, passed away on Nov. 27, 2002, beloved bruder of Paul; loving cousin of Gloria (the late Herbert) Weiss and her family and Ethel Goodman and her family; and dear friend to many. Former proprietor of Irving Park Florist for 30 years, member of the Schwaben Verein and Highland Park V.F.W. Post #4737. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, from 1 p.m. to the time of service at 2:30 p.m. at the Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6467-77 N. Northwest Hwy.
