A 42-year-old woman was dragged from a city park bench and raped by five men in a nearby homeless encampment, police said.
The suspects beat and robbed the woman’s boyfriend Thursday night before taking her to shanties in a forest along inactive railroad tracks in Queens, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said. The boyfriend used a cell phone to call police. A police dog tracked the suspects to a shack, authorities said.
The men were expected to face rape and robbery charges.
