Thomas J. McDonald, 80, of Glenview, passed away January 2, 2003. Beloved husband of 47 years to Marjorie, nee Neff; dear father of Ann (Thomas Wojciechowski), Julie (Matt Weber), Susan (Tim) Corcoran, Thomas N., Moira (Kevin Whitelaw), Ellen (Ivan Terry), Erin (Matt) Heppner, Heather and the late Timothy McDonald; fond grandfather of nine; dear brother of James (Nancy) McDonald; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Thomas was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Army Air Corps. He was a Chicago Public School Principal of Shubert and Goudy Schools. Visitation Friday, 4 to 8 p.m. at St. Catherine Laboure Church, 3535 Thornwood, Glenview, where funeral mass will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
