John Jurenka, born October 4, 1929, formerly of Cicero and Lemont, passed away January 14, 2003, he was the beloved husband of Joan Jurenka; loving father of Jeff (Gaby), Jana (Chris) Emhardt and Jill Jurenka; grandfather of four. Memorial service will be held January 21, 2003 at 11 a.m. at the Gates Kingsley & Gates, 1925 Arizona Ave., Santa Monica, CA, 90404. John was a former employee of Illinois Bell. John served in the Air Force during the Korean conflict for two years.
