Beloved husband of Barbara McGinley of Batavia; loving father of Christine McGinley and fiance Bob Carver both of Indianapolis, IN; and stepfather of Brynn and Julianne Scott of Batavia; dear son of the late Niles and Julianne (Lemay) McGinley; and fond brother of the late John McGinley. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 2300 West Main Street, Batavia, IL, where he will lie in state from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Interment will follow at West Batavia Cemetery in Batavia.
