Benjamin B. Goldberg, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Jan. 21 in California. Born in 1907, he was a practicing attorney in Chicago for 67 years. He has left us to join his beloved wife Frances. He will be cherished and missed by his daughter Helene; son-in-law Stanton Schwartz MD; grandchildren Melissa, Adam and John; daughter-in-law Carrie Schwartz; and great-grandchildren Rebecca and Samuel. Services Thursday 11 a.m. at Piser Chapels, 9200 Skokie Blvd. (at Church Street), Skokie. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
