This 11-room renovated Victorian, at 2308 N. Cleveland Ave. on one of Lincoln Park’s most beautiful blocks, was built in 1891. It has retained a considerable amount of its original detail and woodwork, including a balustrade and vintage transoms. Other features include a gourmet kitchen with a Garland range, an extra-wide lot, a fully fenced yard and a new deck. The buyers were a couple who had been renting in east Lake View. The house was sold by former Channel 2 general manager Walt DeHaven, whose bosses at Viacom shifted him last summer to a job running a TV station in Denver. He had purchased the home in 2000 for $1.35 million. BY THE NUMBERS: Three stories, six bedrooms, three fireplaces, 4 1/2 baths, a full basement, no garage.
