College students at Aurora University want babies in the worst way–but it’s all in the name of science. Students in PE 260: Motor Development are looking to test the motor development in children ages 4 months to 3 years.
The testing won’t be anything freaky. As PE professor Alicia Cosky and parents supervise, the students will place babies and toddlers on tables and use toys and other objects to test their development. Babies ages 4 months to 10 months will be tested Feb. 7; the older kids Feb. 14, at the university’s Alumni Hall of Physical Education. Twins and triplets are especially needed. You’ll need to sign up ahead of time, so call the PE department at 630-844-6181.You won’t get paid for your kids’ services–but you’ll have the satisfactions of knowing they contributed to science before they were even out of diapers!
