Here is what I say to restaurant owners and store owners: If you are playing loud music of any kind, I don’t want to be in your establishment. I want to eat quietly or visit with friends; music interferes. In a store, loud music just annoys me and I want to leave as quickly as possible, leaving purchases to be made at other places.
