Raprock stars Jay-Z (right) and Fred Durst (far right) seem to be collaborating with everyone else these days, why not each other?
The pair got together with DJ Lethal in a New York studio to lay down a track for Limp Bizkit’s next album, Bipolar, due in May. Durst said on the group’s Web site, www.limpbizkit.com, that he’s thinking of calling the song “Rebels.”
He also praised Jay-Z’s “unbelievable” skills on the mic. “He didn’t write down one single word. He just listens to the beat over and over while scheming something in his brain. … He is truly a chosen one. He has a gift like no one else I’ve ever worked with.”
