Anthony John Koveski, age 74, formerly of Bolingbrook, passed away March 5 in Charlotte, NC. Tony served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953. He was employed by Union Special Corporation for 51 years, retired December 1999. Tony was a beloved husband for 48 years to Patricia, nee Janis; devoted son of Marie and the late Anthony M.; cherished brother of James (Gail) and Patricia Schiller (Steve); loving father of Michael (Linda), Laura Caughran (Neil), Anthony H. (Dina), Amy and Patrick (Natalie); proud grandfather of three granddaughters and two grandsons; loved and admired by many. Memorial service Saturday, March 15, 2003, at 10:30 a.m., St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 62nd Lawndale, Chicago. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Presbyterian Hospital Home Care Hospice, 1918 Randolph Rd., Suite LL50, Charlotte, NC 28207 are appreciated.
