The body of a missing Chicago firefighter was found Sunday in a rural area near Baraboo, Wis. He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, authorities said.
David Scott Welch was found in a wooded area not far from where his parked truck was spotted, according to the Sauk County coroner’s office.
