I was just about to read “Remembering soldiers who died in Iraq,” but when I noticed the subtitle and the author’s byline, I lost all interest. Despite rising blood pressure, I read it anyway.
This commentary served no other purpose than to stir up pro-war and pro-Bush sentiments cloaked in the emotions of honoring American war dead. Donald Rumsfeld is nothing but a mouthpiece for the current administration in Washington, and his commentary was nothing but political propaganda.
