Marcella “Marcy” McCabe, nee Simpson, age 91, of Las Vegas, NV, formerly of Chicago, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Charles Sr. (CPD, ret.); loving mother of Charles (Rita) McCabe and Joan (Everett) Hobson; devoted grandmother of Alicia (Mark) Nicholl, Roy Steward, Jennifer Steward, David (Megan) McCabe and Sharon (Lane) Boyd; great-grandmother of Anatalia, Casey and Rose Nicholl, Hannah Boyd and Connor and Margaret McCabe; dear sister of Robert (the late Lorraine) Simpson and the late Bert Simpson, Earl Simpson and Bernice (Bernard) Rivard. Retired from Arvey/Transo Corp. Avid league bowler for more than 40 years and longtime Irving Park YMCA member. Funeral service Tuesday 10:30 a.m. from Theis-Gorski Funeral Home, 3517-27 N. Pulaski Rd., to St. Viator Church, 4170 W. Addison St. Mass 11 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
